Key Expert – Team Leader, May 2023 to June 2026. Contract TR14C2.1.14-04/001. The assignment covered the design and establishment of a theranostics development centre comprising ten technical service units together with an incubator, including the definition of scientific capabilities, equipment specification, staffing structure and operational model.
BULIFESCI — Life Sciences Centre, Boğaziçi University, Istanbul

Key Expert – Team Leader, November 2021 to April 2023. Contract 140551/IH/SER/TR. The assignment covered the establishment of three biotechnology units within the university, from technical specification through to operational readiness.
